HealthReach Community Health Centers is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to rural communities across Central and Western Maine. With a network of 12 different health centers, HealthReach offers medical, dental, and behavioral health care on a sliding fee scale, ensuring that high-quality care is accessible to individuals and families regardless of their financial situation. In addition to primary care, HealthReach focuses on community wellness, preventive health, and patient education to promote long-term well-being for underserved populations.

To meet their organizational goals, HealthReach has released an RFP that addresses their desire for updates to their site that will help it effectively serve as an ambassador for their brand. It needs a modern and relevant design update that showcases the health centers and programs offered while enhancing patient service, engaging visitors, and strengthening relationships with community partners.

It is essential that the new website and content provide an easily maintained solution to ensure continuous effectiveness and adaptability to meet the needs of its audience.

With this knowledge in mind, I took to creating a content strategy proposal for HealthReach to help them achieve their goals of accessibility, reach, and engagement. Through implementing changes such as utilizing meta descriptions, adding alt tags, addressing contrast issues, and implementing additional social media changes in their use of images and engagement, in addition to recommending hiring someone to maintain their website and social media pages, HealthReach has the ability to move forward and achieve their goals.
